Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If said bank does not authorize the payment, Lenin Boxing will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into any contract with the User.
Once Lenin Boxing receives the User’s purchase order through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally applicable rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question.
In this regard, and in accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112 of 28 November 2006 on the common system of VAT, purchase orders will be located, for delivery and/or provision, in the European Union Member State where the address indicated in the purchase order is located. Therefore, the applicable VAT rate will be the rate in force in that Member State.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Law 37/1992 and Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. Users should be aware that in these territories, there may be situations in which taxes and customs duties are applied and accrued at the destination, in accordance with current regulations, and that these may be borne by the User.
For all other locations, other than those mentioned above, where purchase orders are located, the regulations in force at any given time will apply to their delivery and/or provision. Users should be aware that this may result in the application and accrual of taxes and customs duties at the destination, in accordance with the regulations in force at the destination, and that these may be borne by the User. For further information, the User should contact the customs office at the destination.

8. RETURNS
In cases where the User purchases products on or through the Owner’s Website, they have a series of rights, as listed and described below:
Right of Withdrawal
The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and, therefore, has the right to withdraw from said purchase within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
This withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods purchased on the Lenin Boxing Website, or if the goods comprising the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods comprising the same purchase order, or in the case of a service contract, 14 calendar days after the date on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify Lenin Boxing of their decision. They may do so, where appropriate, through the contact spaces provided on the Website.
Regardless of the means chosen to communicate their decision, the User must clearly and unequivocally state their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. In any case, the User may use the withdrawal form template that Lenin Boxing makes available as an annex to these Terms; however, its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication unequivocally expressing the decision to withdraw is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, Lenin Boxing will reimburse the User for all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive method offered on the Website) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Lenin Boxing is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw.
Lenin Boxing will reimburse the User using the same payment method used to make the initial purchase transaction. This refund will not generate any additional costs for the User. However, Lenin Boxing may withhold said refund until it has received the products or items purchased, or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
The User may return or send the products to Lenin Boxing at: Doctor Fleming 5, San Sebastian de los Reyes 28700 Madrid
The User must do so without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date Lenin Boxing was informed of the withdrawal decision.
The User acknowledges that they must bear the direct cost of returning the goods (transportation, delivery), if any. Furthermore, they will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set forth in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. By way of example, but not exhaustive, these would be the case: personalized products; products that may deteriorate or expire quickly; music or video CDs/DVDs without their packaging, as sealed at the factory; products that, for hygiene or health reasons, are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery; and the supply of digital content without physical support.
This same rule governs the provision of a service that the User may contract on this Website, as this same Law establishes that the Right of withdrawal will not apply to Users with
When the service provision has been fully executed, or when it has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by Lenin Boxing, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
In any case, no refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond its mere opening, for products that are not in the same condition as when delivered, or for products that have suffered any damage after delivery.
Furthermore, products must be returned using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.
The withdrawal form template can be downloaded from the following link: https://www.leninboxing.com/modelodesistimiento
Return of defective products or shipping errors
This applies to all cases in which the User believes that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the terms of the contract or purchase order. Therefore, they must contact Lenin Boxing immediately and inform them of the existing nonconformity (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact information provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).
The User will then be informed how to proceed with the return of the products. Once returned, the products will be examined, and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, whether a refund or, where appropriate, a replacement is appropriate.
The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The amount paid for products returned due to a defect, when one actually exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs and any costs the User may have incurred in making the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
In any case, the rights recognized by the legislation in force at any given time for the User, as a consumer and user, will always apply.

The User, as a consumer and user, enjoys warranties on the products purchased through this Website, under the legally established terms for each type of product. Lenin Boxing is therefore liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three years from the delivery of the product.
In this sense, it is understood that the products comply with the contract provided that: they conform to the description provided by Lenin Boxing and possess the qualities presented therein; they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended; and they present the quality and performance typical of a product of the same type and that are fundamentally expected of it. When this is not the case with respect to the products delivered to the User, the User must proceed as indicated in the section on Return of Defective Products or Shipping Errors. However, some of the products sold on the Website may present non-uniform characteristics, provided that these characteristics are derived from the type of material used to manufacture them. Therefore, these characteristics are part of the product’s individual appearance and are not considered defects.
Furthermore, the User may purchase a product from a brand or manufactured by a third party on the Website. In this case, and if the User considers the product to be defective, they may also contact the brand or manufacturer responsible for the product to find out how to exercise their legal warranty rights directly against them within three years of delivery of said products. To do so, the User must retain all information regarding the product warranty.
